Our company can produce five hundred tons of precision castings per year. The products are sewing machine parts, pneumatic tool parts, plier tools, mining drill bit bodies and machine parts and hardware accessories. We can produce parts and fittings of high precision in measurement, of good surface finish and of complex form according to the requests of customers. The dimension tolerance of parts is in line with Grade CT4-CT6 as well as German VDG P690 or DIN ISO2768 standards. Casting weight is from 5g to 5kg, and surface fineness is from Ra 3.2 to 6.3. The length of castings is less than 350mm.
